We offer a call management service, enabling you to concentrate on being out on the road with your pupils, whilst we take care of your calls. Our call handlers are experts in the field, specific to driving instructors. Not only can we take your calls, but we can give the complete service, dealing with enquiries, taking bookings, amending existing bookings and much more.
How It Works…
We supply you with our diary and pupil management system (included free as part of this service)
We handle all calls from your pupils and book their lessons into your diary
We make any changes, cancellations and fill lessons gaps where possible
We manage pre-payments for all lessons, which are paid directly into your bank account
You check your diary for what lessons are booked and enter any times you are not available
You sit back and relax as everything is taken care of
